How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your account/subscription at any time by contacting support and we will assist you.

How do I update my contact or billing information?

After you sign in you can update your information from the my account page.

Is phone support available?

At this time phone support is not an option.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes, contact support to make this happen. Note we do not give refunds for partial periods when downgrading.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards.

Bugzilla

Can you install Testopia?

Yes, however, you will need to purchase at least our Value Plan (Testopia is not available with the Starter Plan)

Can I add a logo to Bugzilla?

Yes, we have some limited ability to add custom html to the Bugzilla front page.

How do I make my Bugzilla instance private?

By default all Bugzilla instances are private, if yours is not for some reason here is how to change it. Log in as an administrative user. Click the Admistration link at the top of the page. Click the Parameters link. Click the User Authentication link on the left menu. Scroll down until you find the requirelogin option. Set this option to "On". Then be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.

Do you support other languages besides English?

By default German (Deutsch), Spanish, French (Français), Polish and Russian (Русский) are supported. Contact us and we will install whichever additional localization(s) you need.

I have an existing Bugzilla installation, can I move it to you?

Yes, you will need to export your database and send it to us. See: this Bugzilla FAQ for more information.

Is there documentation for Bugzilla?

Can I import my existing bug database?

We are happy to load a backup of your existing Bugzilla database. We can upgrade from almost any Bugzilla version. Contact us if have any specific questions. If you want to move your bugs from a non-Bugzilla tracking system contact us to see if we have already created a importer for your current system. For custom importers we charge $125/hour. Contact us for more information.

Can my Bugzilla instance send reminder emails (whining)?

Yes. Whining is enabled.
